Keep It Simple!

Keep It Simple! is a positive lifestyle worth adopting…but how?

Simply speaking—balance in mind, body, spirit—is the most proactive way to keep life simple. Because when we have balance in our lives, we are practicing “simplicity” in our daily routines. When balance becomes a lifestyle (two to three months or so), we are able to weather the storm when it hits.

Think about a ship at sea. Keeping the ship in tip top shape with everything in good repair, food and water supplies stocked…the crew healthy, then when stormy weather hits, the ship and crew are likely to weather the storm. Even when damage is taken, the ship and crew mates are resilient and get to work repairing any areas that suffered. They keep balance in mind, body, spirit.

Storms happen to all of us. And then the sun comes out again. Are you as resilient as you want to be?
